PROTEST AGAINST JAPANESE. Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, Nov. 22. At a meeting of the Southland Council of the New Zealand Federation iof Labour a motion was passed tbct the workers of Southland be asked to refrain from purchasing goods of Japanese manufacture as a protest against the Japanese invasion of China.
