TALKS WITH GENERAL GOERING.
BERLIN, Nov. 20. Lord Halifax has arrived from Berchtesgaden, following his conversation with Herr Hitler, and is continuing his talks with General Goering. He has invited Baron von Neurath to London, hut no date has been fixed. It is understood the informal conversations have reached a point at which they will he translated into official channels.
