A RECIPE.
WHOLEWHEAT PRUNE PUDDING. Two cups prunes (stoned and cooked), J cup treacle, 2 eggs (beaten), 1 teaspoon bicaroonate soda, li cups whole wheat" flour i cup milk, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg. Combine chopped prunes with the treacle) and eggs. Mix in the flour sifted with spices, salt and soda. Add the milk, pour into a greased mould and steam 2 i hours.
