C.J.C. MEETING CONCLUDES

There were several racing and trotting fixtures to engage the attention of sporting enthusiasts to-day, principal interest locally being taken in the Manawatu Trotting Club’s spring meeting at Awapuni, which has advanced considerably in popularity in recent years. The Canterbury Jockey Club’s meeting at Iticcarton was concluded, while meetings wei e held by the Rotorua and Bay of Plenty Hunt Club and the Napier Park Racing Club.
