SAMOAN CASE.
Received October 20. 11.20 a.m. APIA, Oct. 19. Hon. 0. F. Nelson has obtained a writ for alleged defamatory libel contained in an article in the August number of the Pacific Islands Monthly against Mr Gurau, the Samoan correspondent. The hearing takes place on November 7 before Chief Judge Morling.
