The Plunket Society's “Reveille’’ attracted a good attendance, last evening, when the door takings were £lO higher than tire amount collected on the opening night. The performers gave an even better exhibition. Mr H. L. Pickett, of Feilding, secured first, second and third awards for his canaries exhibited at the Auckland Poultry Show (roller canary section). The patrons of the Pipe Band dance spent another enjoyable time last night. Excellent music was supplied by a Palmerston North orchestra; extras being played by Messrs G. Dick and A. "Wright. An energetic ladies’ committee was responsible for supper. Novelties were won as follow: Lucky Gay Gordons. Miss D. Evans and Mr Fergusson; Monte Carlo, Miss .J. Boyde and partner. The lucky door tickets were won by Miss I. Moss and Mr H. H. Ferguson.
