The Colonial Office announces that it has decided that cotton and artificial silk plushes of the types at present subject to a quota restriction, movided they contain not more than 00 per cent, and not less than 20 per cent, bv weight of artificial silk, shall be admitted into Nigeria and Gold Coast without restriction as to quantity- -
