WOODVILLE. July 20. Mrs A. Taylor, of Hastings, is the guest of Mr and Mrs E. H. Giles, of Woodville. Mr C. Mathieson, a former resident of Woodville and now of Hastings, Ims been visiting the district. The friends of Mrs J. McPeak. senr., will wish her a speedy recovery from her illness. The death occurred on Friday of Mrs Mary Ellen Bibby, aged 84, of Woodville, the wife of the late Mr Richard Bibby. The interment took place a.t the Woodville Cemetery on Sunday. Mr J. Curry, of Ross Street, celebrated his eighty-fourth birthday to-day. Despite Irs age, Mr Curry retains all his faculties. Success crowned the official opening
