CALL FOR HELP.
SHIP IN DISTRESS. MONTEVIDEO, July 18. A British steamer, at first reported to be the Barrhill, from Glasgow,-sent out an urgent call for assistance when fire broke out in the engineroom 10 miles east of Cape Santa Maria.
