TRADE AGREEMENT.
i AMONG SMALL POWERS,
Received May 29, 11.40 a.m. THE HAGUE, May 28.
The Oslo Conference Powers have signed a convention aiming at improving trade relations and interesting other Powers in the matter.
Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg leave agreed to admit without restriction goods from the other signatories— Denmark, .Finland, Norway and Sweden—which refrain from taking the initiative by increasing the existing restrictions.
