SHOT MASKED TERROR.
CHICAGO POLICE TRICK. The Masked Terror of a Chicago park district was trapped and shot by two policemen. The police sat in a car with lights turned off and guns ready. When the man, who had held up scores of parked cars, approached and ordered them to put up their hands, one of the policemen kicked the door open and shot him dead.
