The first meeting of the British Rubber Research Board, set up to take charge in Britain of research into and the development of the new uses for rubber contemplated in the international rubber regulation agreement, was held at the Colonial Office on Thursday, states a British Official Wireless message from Rugby. Those who heard the lectures delivered in St. Patrick’s Hall, Broadway, last year by Father Higgins, S.M., wiil ue interested to learn that he will lecture there again to-morrow evening at 8.15. lie intends to treat at sonic length of the New Russian Constitution.
