RIGHTS IN ABYSSINIA.
BRITAIN AND ITALY. , Received January 28, 10.15 a.m. ROME, Jan. 28. A British and Italian agreement has been signed retaining the British Somali tribesmen’s grazing privileges in Abyssinia, facilitating Italy’s use of the more convenient British ports of Berbera and Zeila for exporting products and importing develojimental requisites.
