DENTIST’S SUCCESS IN BUSINESS.
A Canadian dentist. All- Painless Parker, was mentioned in an appeal from the Dominion which came before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council (records the London Alorning Post). Lord Atkin: Is “Painless” his real name?
Counsel: A(es, my lord; it is a name which lie properly and legally acquired when he moved into a State where the Canadian law was contrary to doctors and dentists ad' ertising. He has been very successful in business. ‘‘Painless extraction!” exclaimed Lord A 1 ncmillnn. “AVcll, I call that good!” (Laughter.)
