A QUIET MARKET. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Dec. 19. The following information is supplied regarding the London markets by the Primary Products Marketing Department, which has received a cable from London:— ' > Putter.—New Zealand: Salted. 99s to 100 s: unsalted, 106 s to 108 s, and exceptionally 110 s. Deliveries of New Zealand butter total 1910 tons and the amount in store 3680 tons. The butter market is slow. The New Zealand retail price i. unchanged at Is Id a lb. The Danish retail price has been reduced to Is 2d. Cheese. —New Zealand: White and coloured, 63s to 63s 6d. Deliveries of New Zealand total 17,712 crates and the amount in store 20,044 orates (including 2540 crates on the Cumberland). . . The cheese market is quiet and retail prices are unchanged.
