AUSTRALIAN MEASURE. CANBERRA, Dec. 4. The British Shipping Protection Bill, which is designed to protect British ships against foreign competition in the Tasman service, was introduced in the Senate and read a second time. The debate on the Bill was adjourned until Parliament reassembles next year.
