CRITICISM BANNED. BERLIN, Nov. 27. A ban throughout Germany on all criticism of art, literature, music and drama, especially of State stage, cinema and concert performances and artists, is announced by the Minister of Propaganda (Dr. Goebbels). “It will not be tolerated that youngsters of 22 shall go on criticising in the Press the work of men of 40 and 50 without having- themselves the least idea of the art they are eritictting,” he said.
