TRADE WITH ARGENTINE.
NEW BRITISH TREATY. Received November 27, 9.50 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 26. In the House of Commons, the President of the Board of Trade (Mr W. Runciman) announced that a new Argentine trade agreement bad been reached. It will be operative from November 20.
