SOCIAL FUNCTIONS.
CITY BAND DANCE. There was a capacity attendance at the weekly dance, organised by the City Band. Extras were provided by Mr Paul and Mr Te Tan. The following were the winners of the novelties: Lucky Gay Gordons, Miss Stock and Mr Wolfsbauer; Monte Carlo, Mrs Nix and Mr Reid; novelty, Miss Callahan ; lucky door, Mrs Hart.
