TOKIO, Oct. 5

The newspaper Asalii reports that because of the Japanese boycott of Australian wool prices have soared elsewhere, and so far this season Japan has actually bought only 60,000 bales of South African and South American wool. Worried industrialists are proposing a drastic “blanket” reduction of output which, however, is not acceptable to the Government. Consequently, it is anticipated that industrialists will demand that the Government substantially indemnify losses due lo the boycott of Australian wool. STILL UNSATISFACTORV.
