A FASTER SERVICE. PROPOSED NEW SHIPS. Received October 6, 11.25 a.m. SYDNEY, Oct. 0. Air Brendan Dowling, a Sydney accountant and company director, who arrived in Sydney by tho Mariposa, said a syndicate had been formed at Sydney to establish a faster transport service between North America, New Zealand, and Sydney. Two liners would he placed on the transpacific service as soon as practicable.
