GEORGE BEATS WOODS. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Oct. 5. Ed Don George, ono of the world’s greatest professional wrestlers, made his New ’Zealand debut to-night, when he beat Joe Koepach Woods by two falls to one. George gained the first fall in the third round with a body press following a light slam, the pair having previously exchanged forearm jolts. Woods evened in tho fifth round in a similar manner, after having sent his opponent through the ropes with forearm jolts. George ended the contest in the sixth round with a press after felling Woods with forearm jolts and slamming him heavily several times.
