RELIABILITY TRIAL.

ORION MOTOR CYCLE CLUB. The Orion Motor Cycle Club held its Bai Cup reliability trial yesterday. Secret checks were taken at various stages, and points were deducted for those exceeding or going below the speed fixed, 25 miles per hour. The route was from Rangitikei Street to Bunnytliorpe, Colyton, Ashhurst, Aokautere, and the main road back to the city.

The results were as follow, placings being in order of points lost:—J. Iledshaw, lost 10 points, 1; E. J. Astin, lost 18 points, 2; F. Mitchell, lost 25 points, 3; E. Pink and J. Manning, each lost 42 points, 4; L. Taylor, lost 47 points, 5. Also competed.—A. Dear, lost 52 points; J. Balk, lost 63 points; J. Anderson, lost 72 points; B. McLeod, lost 75 points; R. Styles, lost 78 points; R. Davis, lost 94 points. G. H. Long took the w r rong turning.
