LANTERN LECTURE

A lantern lecture was given by Mrs E. AV. Worley, of the China Inland Mission, in the Baptist Church, last night. There was an attendance of about two hundred, and Rev. J. C. Macky was in the chair. About 50 slides were shown, mainly of the work carried out in the Wenchow district, where Airs AVorley is stationed. The lecture was followed with very keen interest, and at its conclusion Mrs AVorley was warmly thanked.
