RANGITIKEI.
AIARTON, Sept. 12. The wedding was recently solemnised at Ponsonby, Auckland, of Kathleen May, elder daughter of Mr and Mrs Alexander Wilkie, of Marton, and William Arthur Harold, elder son of Constable and Mrs H. J. Thompson, of Lumsden, and formerly of Marton. Rev. F. J. Handy performed the ceremony, and Miss M. Pelham, L.A.8., cousin of the bride, presided at the organ. Miss L. Wilkie attended her sister as bridesmaid and Mr A. Wilkie was best man. Prior to the wedding the bride was the recipient of presents from the Marton Tennis and Hockey Clubs, and was the guest of honour at numerous parties given by her friends and relatives in both Marten and Auckland.
