IIAIIOTONGAN INTEREST. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, July 20. A meeting was held in Avarua (Rarotonga) with the object of forming a local branch of the New Zealand Labour Party, but after several speakers had addressed the meeting it was decided to hold "the matter oyer until after the arrival of the Parliamentary delegation inquiring into the ifruit trade.
