Under the will of the late Mr Francis Leahy, of New Brighton, the whole of the estate, subject to certain personal bequests, is bequeathed for educating priests for St. Bede’s College and other colleges conducted by the Society of Mary:. The residuary estate is expected to total about £SOOO, and the income from this will be used to carry out the purposes of the bequest.
