ARMS MANUFACTURE.

FRANCE’S DECISION. Received July 18, 12.50 p.m. PARIS, July 17. The Chamber of Deputies passed the Nationalisation of Arms Bill by 484 votes to 85 —the greatest majority for any of this Government’s measures. M. DaJadier explained that the controlled enterprises would operate under revocable licenses. Foreign companies would not be allowed to make war materials in France, and orders from abroad could not be accepted without Government permission.
