DUCHESS OF KENT.
Received July 18, 12.30 p.m. LONDON, July 17. The Daily Mail learns that the Duchess of Kent will probably begin to curtail her public engagements late in the summer. She and the Duke will then spend more time at The Coppins, their country home in Buckinghamshire, where the police, after yesterday’s episode at the Wellington Arch, have increased thenprotection.
