ADVENTUROUS JUDGE.

TO JOIN WHALERS. Per Press Association. BLENHEIM, July 16. Having already sampled the excitement of big game-hunting in the wilds of an African jungle, New Zealand’s adventure-loving Judge, Mr Justice Ostler, is seizing the opportunity presented by his visit to Marlborough to experience thrills of a different kind on the rolling waves of Cook Strait. During the week-end of July 26, if all the conditions are propitious, lie is going whaling with Mr J. Perano’s Tory Channel party. The Judge, in an interview, said he had always wanted to participate in a whaling expedition because it was probably the most exciting of all big game hunting.
