INTEREST LIABILITY. Rer Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 12. In a reserved judgment, Mr Justice Smith to-day held that the legatees in Sir George Hunter s Estate were entitled to interest at 5 per cent, per annum, also that the residuary estate was liable for payment of the estate and succession duty. To enable further consideration of the question of the allocation of payments of interest to the residuary income, or capital, and other questions oilstanding, the summons was adjourned.
