HELP FOR UNEMPLOYED.

NE.AV REGULATIONS AWAITED. (British Official AA r ireless.) Received May 27. 12.30 p.m. RUGBY, May 26. The Prime Minister (Mr Baldwin), in the House of Commons, in reply to a, question, said he regretted that it had not been possible to introduce new regulations tor the administration of unemployment assistance in place of the revised regulations which were submitted to the last Parliament and later withdrawn. The Government felt it necessary to make a very exhaustive examination of the possible effects of the changes, and he was unable to indicate the precise date on which the new regulations would be presented. He did not anticipate that the final decision would now be long delayed.
