RATES OF EXCHANGE. Received April 24, 10.50 a.m. LONDON, April 23. The price of gold is now £7 Is O-J-d per fine ounce The dollar rate of exchange (Lon-don-New York) is now 4.93§ and the franc rate (London-Paris) is 74 15-16.
