QUEEN’S CONGRATULATIONS.
NEW LINER’S PERFORMANCE. (British Official Wireless.) Received April 23, 8.5 a.m. RUGBY, April 21. . Queen Mary has sent a personal message of congratulations to the builders of the Cunard-White Star liner Queen Mary on the successful trials of the giant f.ner. Her Majesty’s message was in reply to a telegram from Lord Aberconway, chairman of the builders’ firm of John Brown and Co., stating that the reeiilts of the principal trials had exceeded expectations.
