ROYAL VISITORS’ BOOKS.

' The Royal Visitors' Books used at Buckingham Palace during the last reign have now been sent to Windsor Castle, where they will be placed among the Royal Archives, states Marianne May fay re in the Daily Telegraph. These books remain there for several years before being destroyed. The utmost care is taken to prevent any of them, or pages from them, finding their way into unathorisea hands. The value of the autographs they contain would, of course, be considerable to collectors. The volumes are handsomely bound in deep crimson leather.
