CARS IN COLLISION.

A. broadside collision between two motor-cars occurred' in Manchester Street on Saturday, but, fortunately, although considerable damage was done to both vehicles, no serious injuries were sustained by the occupants. It appears that Mr M. Plrani, of Feilding, was jus£ leaving his residence in Manchester Street to proceed into the town and as he was turning his car another car driven by Mr White, of Wellington, who was travelling up Manchester Street en route to Ohakune, approached. A collision occurred and Mr Piraiii had his right leg badly bruised as a result of the crash, and 'Mrs White, a passenger in the other car, sustained a sprained wrist.
