A. broadside collision between two motor-cars occurred' in Manchester Street on Saturday, but, fortunately, although considerable damage was done to both vehicles, no serious injuries were sustained by the occupants. A collision occurred and Mr Piraiii had his right leg badly bruised as a result of the crash, and 'Mrs White, a passenger in the other car, sustained a sprained wrist.
