DUNEDIN’S SEA LION.

ARRIVAL AT WELLINGTON. • Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April , 10. The St. Clair sea lion, “Joey,” arrived from Dunedin by the steamer Waitaki this morning and was soon accommodated in liis quarters at the Newtown Zoo, where the animal was an object of great interest to the public throughout the day. “Joey” was brought from Dunedin in a special crate, and passed the time on the trip sleeping and weeping, and touched little food, but in liis pond at the Zoo Ye revived in spirit and later sat up and took, nourishment.
