EXTENDED BY COUNCIL. Acting on the recommendations of the by-laws committee, the Palmerston North City Council, on Monday, decided to extend the inner area for compulsory building in brick or concrete by the addition of: —(a) The north-eastern side of Taonui Street from Cuba Street to Featherston Street; (b) the south-western side of Taonui Street from Cuba Street to Featherston Street for a depth of 2 chains; (c) the northern side of Grey Street from Rarigit.ikei Street to Princess Street for a depth of 2 chains.
