An indication that the Government is likely to exercise greater control over broadcasting was given by the Postmaster-General (Hon. E. Jones) to-(I ay. Tho Alinitster said he ltatl received many representations as to the best method of assisting B class stations, hut no definite decision had yet been made. The Government was considering whether the Radio Broadcasting Board should continue to control broadcasting. It was safe to sav. however, that- the Government would have greater control, whether the board continued or not.
