MARLBOROUGH PLANT. Per Press Association. BLENHEIM, Feb. 13. At a poll in which only 10 per cent, of the ratepayers voted, the Marlborough Power Board’s proposal to raise £22,000 for an additional Diesel stand-by plant was carried by 386 votes to 131. The roll totals 3800.
