The sufferer wad immediately taken up the ships accommodation ladder on a stretcher and placed under the care-of the ships surgeon, Dr. T. P. Walk i. ~ The woman was made as comfortable) as possible, and as soon as the vessel berthed at Wellington she "'as taken to hospital. It w understood that the woman met with a. serious accident when holidaying m the Sounds.
