SUPREME COURT.

CLAIM FOR DAMAGES. The hearing was continued in the Supreme Court at Palmerston North yesterday afternoon before His Honour Mr Justice Blair, of the case in which Mrs A. J. Ticehurst, of Ashhurst (Mr G. I. McGregor) claimed £3OO general and £B2 8s 7d special damages from A. A. Stubbs, bank clerk, of Palmerston North, (Mr H. R. Cooper), as the outcome of a collision which occurred on June 30 at the intersection of College and Cook Streets between a car driven by defendant and another in which plaintiff was a passenger. After the luncheon adjournment evidence was given by the defendant, by Maurice Styche, bank clerk, and by Louis Meyer Justice, motor engineer, for the defence. Decision was reserved by His Honour until this afternoon.
