KING’S CORONATION.
LIKELY IN MAY. LONDON, Feb. 9. May, 1937, is likely to be fixed for the coronation, as then a great gathering of Imperial statesmen is expected for the Imperial Conference either immediately before or afterward. The date is being fixed after consultation with the Dominions.
The King, after his coronation, mayvisit Edinburgh, Belfast and Carnarvon, and may go to India in October, 1937, to be crowned King-Emperor at Delhi. The question of Dominion visits is still in the exploratory stage.
