KIPLING’S EPITAPH.
“HEART IS ENGLAND’S.” Received January 23, 12.25 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 22. The Times says that Mr Masefield (Poet Laureate) writes the following epitaph for Mr Rudyard Kipling:— “Your very heart is England’s. It is just That England’s very heart should keep your dust.” '
