LAUNCH ASHORE AT GREYMOUTH.—The oil-burning launch Tiare Anani, which was driven on the North Beach, about six hundred yards north of the Greymouth breakwater. A heavy sea was running when the boat attempted to cross the bar, and the party of five on board had a narrow escape from drowning.
