SYDNEY CASE.

CROWN EVIDENCE ENDS. SYDNEY, Nov. 20. Tl.y Croyu case against John Patrick Strong and Albert Stannard, who are charged with the murder of Reginald Holmes, has concluded. Counsel for Strong submitted that there was insufficient evidence for a case to go to the jury. Mr Justice Halse Rogers said in the circumstances he thought the case should go to the jury. However, he would look through the evidence again to-night and announce his decision later. The Court adjourned until tomorrow.
