COMPANY CONTROL.
NEW SOUTH WALES BILL. Received November 21, 11.45 a.m. SYDNEY, Nov. 21. The new Companies Bill providing a complete code for the formation, management, control, and winding up of companies, and protecting the public against fraud, was brought down in the Legislative Assembly by the Minister of Justice (Mr Martin). The Bill imposes strict limitations on the hawking of shares and bonds. Two official liquidators will be appointed and their services may be engaged in winding up companies. One provision is that all money received before the allotment of shares must be placed in trust and its misuse prohibited.
