CARS OF YESTERYEAR.
LONDON-BRIGHTON RACE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Nov. 18. The annual London to Brighton “Old Crocks’ ” race for motor-cars over 30 years old attracted 99 entries yesterday and 08 of these completed the course. ~ , T ilie winner was a 33 years-old Napier Its owner first purchased the car in 1902, but sold it six years later. Two years ago he rescued it from a rubbish heap in Kent. In yesterday’s race it attained a speed of 50 miles an hour. The oldest car in the race was a Connstatt Daimler, built in 1894.
