ANTARCTIC FLIGHT.

READY TO COMMENCE. . NEW YORK, Nov. 18. A North American Newspaper Association message irom Mr Lincoln Ellsworth states: We arc now completely ready to start our trans-Antarctic flight. If the weather is good and the snow surface favourable we will be off at eight to-morrow morning. All day men have been hauling sled loads of material up tho steep grade almost to tho top of Dundee Island. At midnight on Monday the last of the petrol and other supplies was loaded into the Polar Star. The aeroplane has been taxied into position and the instruments checked.
