SELF-SUFFICIENCY PLAN. The Tokio paper, Nielli Niclii Shimbun, points out that, although the Ministry of Agriculture’s five-year-plan to achieve domestic self-sufficiency in wheat enters the final year in 1936, the objective has practically been reached already.
